Although there are still Creole/Cajun dishes such as jambalaya and fried
catfish beignets on the menu, Fishbones is focused more on steak and
seafood lately. And that emphasis includes sushi bars at the Detroit
original and the St. Clair Shores outpost (only the Southfield outpost
doesn't have sushi). Everything from Alaskan king crab legs and Maine
lobster tails may be found in the attractive settings that still have
New Orleans verve. Breakfast is served in Detroit, as well as Sunday brunch. The other two locations have brunch but no breakfast.
